We celebrated this little boy's 1 year diagnosis of Type 1 Diabetes! 💙💙 Case brought in a show and tell! We made Gingerbread ornaments, Gingerbread math houses, and went on a scavenger hunt!

Day 1 of the 12 Days of Christmas Craziness. Christmas Tree day was a success! ✅💚

We had some amazing writings this week in first grade about our feature book Amazing Grace!

NK Parents of students in grades K-6: Sign ups are going on now through Thurs. Nov 30th. (There was a typo on the forms that went home with 3rd-6th grade that read forms due Nov 14th) Please continue to send forms in with your student this week!

Last week, Mr. Schroer took the 4th grade on a "behind the scenes" tour to show them where the electricity comes into our building and how it is wired to get power to all of our classrooms. We also talked him into removing a ceiling tile to see what is up there!

Thanksgiving fun in second grade! As we learned about the history of the first Thanksgiving, we enjoyed making butter, stringing popcorn, and playing a Native American stick game.

My 1st grade Pilgrims learned all about the life of a Pilgrim and all their hard work. They got to be Pilgrims the past 2 days. We hunted, fished, sewed, built log cabins, planted, cooked, quilted, and wrote with quills.

3B enjoyed reading about the history of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and creating our own floats! We also had fun performing our Readers Theater, Name That Character!

Looks at all these ovens that turkeys are shooting out of! The fourth graders performed the poem, "The Turkey Shot out of the Oven" for other classes today! Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

We would like to Thank Mrs. Ann Jones for her wisdom and guidance today in our Video Production class. Her expertise in the journalism field will guide our production into new heights. Thank you so much for talking to our class today.

The Varsity Scholastic Bowl team finished up their season last night at the Quiz Bowl. The team finished the season 3rd in the league and placed 7th at the bowl last night. Great job Rangers! 🧠💪

Second grade enjoyed reading Stone Soup and making our own to try! We also learned about expanding sentences and created a "soup"er sentence booklet.

Grace has been saving her tickets for a Teacher Pass AND a Live Show-and-Tell Pass. Great Job Grace! We really enjoyed your sister, Ella!

The students of 1B have made life pretty easy for their teacher...back-to-back student teachers the past 2 Fridays! Great Job, Mr. Wierwille and Miss Francis!

K-6 Phys Ed Basketball Champions Last week we wrapped up our basketball unit. Students worked hard on dribbling, passing, shooting with correct form, offense and defense. Proud of everyone's hard work!
