
New Knoxville Historical Society is hosting the 2024 Fall Open House on Sunday, September 22 from 1-4pm. Come tour the complex of 6 buildings and enjoy all the activities on the grounds, including the New Knoxville School Band playing at 1:30!


2023-2024 Yearbooks are in. The yearbook staff will be passing out yearbooks at lunch for grades 7-12. Grades K-6 will be delivered to the classrooms where students will be able to bring them home. If you ordered a yearbook please come into the school and pick it up anytime starting tomorrow.

All fees are due by September 30th. All checks should be made out to New Knoxville School. All unpaid Chromebook fees will result in it being disabled on October 1st.

5th grade learned about '7Up! Sentences' and consequences. However many M&M's they grabbed was how many sentences they had to write about themselves. Each sentence had to have 7 words or more. 📝

Intro to Photography: Students learning about Aperture with a DSLR 3300 Nikon camera and 35mm lens. Day one: photos of flowers. Day two: Oreo challenge!

First Friday of the year! 4B enjoyed team games and creative ways to build in PE. We had fun!





The 7th graders had a lot of fun trying to untangle themselves in the Human Knot Challenge! They learned about teamwork and eventually succeeded! Friday we kicked off our Intro to Greece with a fun picture sorting activity.









The fourth graders listened to the book "The Legend of Rock, Paper, Scissors" and had a tournament. Lots of excitement and cheers for everyone playing! Congrats to our finalists, Brycen & Kellen!








8th graders enjoyed getting out of their seats for a fun activity in Mr. Sailer's class. The activity was designed to show students the importance of preplanning before they begin writing. Brainstorming and outlines are essential to good organization.




Physical Education in Grades K-6 is going to have a lot of fun this year! Just a friendly reminder - proper footwear is important.


Reminder that grades K-6 will have back-to-school night tonight from 5 to 6. Students can meet their teachers and drop off supplies to their classroom or lockers. School starts tomorrow! Doors open at 8:00. Tardy bell rings at 8:10. K-3 are dismissed at 2:50, everyone else 2:55.
