3B students stayed busy this week building their own Christmas Tree Farm 🌲The students had to promote their new business by designing logos, creating slogans, and filming their own commercial. We also enjoyed some fun games of Christmas Minute It to Win It!

Congratulations to the students in grades 4-6 who are being recognized as Rangers of the Month! These students exemplified December's word, cooperation, through their actions! Great job, Rangers!
A great deal of brainstorming and conversation went into the process of designing and building a gingerbread house by these third graders!
Not only did they have fun, but they enjoyed eating their edible piece of work!
Winning the competition for Originality, Craftmanship, Use of Color, and Theme was the team of Benjamin Hirschfeld, Jordan Smith, Ty Henschen, Emelia Jones, and Sam Lammers. They titled their house, Santa's Workshop.
For the Christmas Door Decorating contest for the Class Challenge, the 8th grade decided on the themes of Lilo and Stitch and Home Alone. The 8th grade got second place to the Juniors who went with Snoopy and Polar Express as their themes

Congratulations to our NK Lego Robotics Team, who earned the Core Values award and took first place in the Robotic Performance Competition at Wright State University! Our team will advance to the Dayton District Tournament in January.
Freshmen participated in job readiness sessions to help prepare them for resume building, job interview skills, positive mental health, financial awareness and life skills readiness. Thanks to the community members who volunteered their time for the event!
