Long-Term Substitute Teacher – 6th Grade Reading & Math New Knoxville Local Schools
We are seeking a dedicated long-term substitute teacher for 6th grade Reading and Math, beginning approximately January 13, 2025, for 8 weeks (maternity leave coverage).
Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons in reading and math
Maintain continuity of instruction and classroom management
Assess student progress and communicate with parents/staff
Qualifications:
Valid Ohio teaching license (or substitute license)
Experience with middle school reading and/or math preferred
Strong classroom management and communication skills
